The name points to a real clip, about 9 seconds long, from a quinceañera in Múzquiz, Mexico. Eve Ramírez, known on TikTok as @eve.el.cholo, is working the party in a black polo shirt with STAFF on it. He dances toward the camera, bites a concha (a Mexican sweet bread), stares into the lens while he chews, and dances back into the crowd. He uploaded that footage on July 25, 2025.
The meme plays the footage with a sped-up version of “BbY WOW,” a song by KAROL G, Judeline, and rusowsky. “Dime, dime, baby” comes from the chorus, which is why some people search for the same clip as dime dime baby. This site is an independent page for making a personal version. It is not Eve Ramírez, the party, or the artists.

Use a photo a friend agreed to, then send them the result.
A clear photo of a pet can stand in for the dancer. The original motion is a person, so the result may look odd.
Make a version for a birthday, a quince, or a group chat, instead of another plain photo.
