Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using BBY WOW (the "Service", at bbywowai.site), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

You upload one reference photo. The Service then generates a short "bby wow" dance video from a fixed template, using that photo. There is no free-form prompt. The underlying video generation models used by the Service are Seedance 2.5 and Minimax. Rendering is performed through third-party video providers. Uploaded photos and finished clips are stored in cloud object storage.

Before each clip you choose:

• resolution: 720p or 1080p;
• length: 5 or 9 seconds;
• aspect ratio: 9:16, 1:1, or 16:9.

You must confirm that you have permission to use the photo before a clip is created. The credit cost is shown before you start: a 5-second clip costs 5 credits at 720p or 10 credits at 1080p; a 9-second clip costs 10 credits at 720p or 15 credits at 1080p. Every aspect ratio costs the same.

We may add, change, or remove features and providers at any time; where a change materially reduces the Service, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

• You can sign in with email and password, or with Google or GitHub when those sign-in options are enabled. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility; tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use the Service.

4. Photos and Likeness

This section matters most. By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• the photo shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use their likeness in this way;

• you will not upload photos of minors without their parent or guardian's consent;

• you will not use photos of public figures or celebrities to impersonate them;

• the resulting clip will not be used to create or spread content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, or defamatory, or that is intended to deceive — for example, passing the clip off as real footage of a real person saying or doing things they never said or did.

You are responsible for how you share the clips you create. We may refuse to render, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund of used credits.

5. Credits and Payment

• The Service is paid for with credits, bought in one-time credit packs or received through monthly subscriptions. Payments are processed by the payment provider enabled for checkout (Stripe, and PayPal or Creem when those are enabled). Prices shown at checkout apply. Prices and offers may change.

• What a clip costs. The credit cost is shown before you start. A 5-second clip costs 5 credits at 720p or 10 credits at 1080p. A 9-second clip costs 10 credits at 720p or 15 credits at 1080p. Every aspect ratio costs the same. Credit costs may change; the cost shown before you create the clip applies.

• Credit packs (one-time): Starter Pack (10 credits, $6.90), Boost Pack (30 credits, $12.90), Creator Pack (50 credits, $15.90), Power Pack (350 credits, $69.90). Pack credits do not have an expiry date in the current catalog.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly: Basic ($19.90/month, 100 credits per month), Pro ($49.90/month, 300 credits per month), Studio ($99.90/month, 800 credits per month). By subscribing, you authorize us (through the payment provider) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. There is no yearly plan.

• Where subscription credits are granted for a billing period, they are valid for that period and expire at the end of it. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Pack credits and subscription credits share one balance; the credits that expire soonest are used first.

• Canceling: you can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods, except as described in the Refund Policy.

• Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.

• Failed or blocked renders are not charged: if a generation fails, or a render is blocked by a safety filter, any credits already deducted for that attempt are returned to your balance automatically. A clip that completes but that you do not like is not a failure.

6. Deepfakes and Impersonation Are Prohibited

You may not use the Service to make a deepfake, to impersonate anyone, or to depict someone as saying or doing something they did not say or do.

• Do not upload photos of celebrities or public figures.
• Do not upload photos of anyone who has not consented, including people who cannot consent.
• Do not present a clip as real footage, as an official statement, or as something the depicted person actually did.
• Do not use a clip to harass, defame, deceive, or mislead.

7. Child Sexual Abuse Material Is Strictly Prohibited

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. This is a zero-tolerance rule. We do not render it, we remove it, and we report it to the authorities and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Accounts involved are terminated.

8. How We Moderate

• The generator uses fixed templates only. You cannot type a free-form prompt.
• Every render asks you to confirm that you have permission to use the photo before it starts. The eligibility and photo-use requirements in these Terms still apply.
• The AI provider applies its own safety filters. A render blocked by those filters is not delivered.
• Credits for a failed or blocked render are returned to your balance automatically.
• Reports from users are reviewed by a person.
• Daily generation limits may apply.

9. Reporting and Takedown

To report a clip, email support@bbywowai.site. We handle reports within 3 business days. If the content violates these Terms, we remove it.

10. Label Shared Outputs as AI-Generated

Clips from the Service are AI-generated. If you share one, you must label it as AI-generated, in the caption or on the clip itself, so a viewer can tell it is not real footage.

11. Acceptable Use

In addition to Section 4, you agree not to use the Service to:

• create sexual content, or any content sexualizing a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor — absolutely and without exception;

• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights of any party;

• create content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, promotes violence or self-harm, or constitutes harassment, hate, or fraud;

• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its providers, or circumvent rate limits.

12. Your Content and Generated Clips

• Your uploads remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Service — sending them to the video provider to render your clips, and storing the results so you can view and download them. We do not use them to train our own models.

• Generated clips are AI-generated. Subject to these Terms and to third-party rights (including the rights of the people depicted and the rights in the source clip), we grant you a license to use the clips you create for personal and commercial purposes.

• AI models can produce similar outputs for different users; we cannot guarantee uniqueness, and you are responsible for verifying that your use does not infringe third-party rights.

• You can request deletion of your photos and clips at any time via a support ticket.

13. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rendering speed, or that any given model or provider remains offered.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via a support ticket; if you have an active subscription, cancel it from Settings → Billing to stop future renewals. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or create risk for the Service, other users, or people depicted in content. Sections 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 15, and 16 survive termination.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "updated" date on this page reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the product when practical. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
